Injured by cattle – should I sue?

If you’ve been attacked by cattle, we hope you will consider making a claim. Despite the lengthy period it takes, and the added stress, a successful claim will help you to:

  1. Refund your expenses,
  2. Pay for additional rehabilitation,
  3. Bring about a sense of justice and closure.

In addition, successful claims will send the message out there – to farmers and to their insurance companies – that dealing with the aftermath of cattle attacks is serious, time-consuming and expensive. Better, perhaps, to prevent the attack from happening in the first place.
